There is no shortage of opinions on any given topic, and the world has become a place where it’s hard to decipher what is real or fake. We are bombarded with sensationalized headlines that polarize us into one “click” or another. It can feel like there’s no middle ground at all — no authenticity in this era of social media activism, political polarization, and ideological warfare. But I think we’re starting to see a shift happening — and it starts with each individual person finding their authentic voice again. It can be hard to find your authentic self in a society that is opinionated and judgmental. In this blog post, I will explore how you can find authenticity by going within yourself for guidance.

It’s about time we all learn to let go of society’s expectations.

The only PERSON on this planet you need to make happy is yourself. You can’t please everyone, so why try?

This can be difficult in a world where everyone has an opinion about what’s right and wrong, but it’s the only way to live authentically. The first step is being honest with yourself about who you are, what your values are, and how you want to live YOUR life.

Since the dawning of social media, I’ve referred to this digital era as “The Superficial Voyeuristic Generation of Tomorrow” : where folk are shallow, busybodies with meaningless lives. They go about, following trends and copying others else sense of style, ideas, or visions, or they base their every action and decision solely…
